I was listening to "Whad'ya Know?" (a radio comedy-talk-show-thingy on NPR) and one of the segments is a quiz they do with weird questions with weird answers. Pretty funny. Anyhoo, the contestants can win prize packs and I could have sworn I heard one of the quiz prizes was an Atlus Games "Cult Classic" T-shirt! I tried to do a search on the web to find said shirt, but no luck. Yet...

Anyway, did I hear that right? And even if not, what gives? Where's the store where I can buy Atlus swag!?!? I can't be the only one itchin' to reprazent!

edit: I also just noticed on the "Contact Us" page of the Atlus site, it says you can send a message to the "Shop." Where is it? How do I get there? Someone, take me by the hand and guide me to the Promised Land...

For the "Store" on the website, I don't think they've removed the link since they removed the ability to buy games (not other merch.) off of the Atlus website and moved it to Amazon.

As for other merchandise, your best bet would be to either get the pre-order bonuses or go with custom made T-Shirts and other merchandise off of something like e-Bay. If you can't find anything under Atlus, search Shin Megami.

Also, sometimes Atlus gives away merchandise at conferences, but I've rarely seen anything like that pop up on e-Bay. The only things I can think of from conferences would be the Trauma Center syringe pen and the Jack Frost cell phone strap.

Good luck.

IIRC, it was a drain on the company to either hire a new staff to keep the Atlus store running or continue to have present employees run it in addition to doing their primary job. It's probably much better for the company to just offer products through Amazon (and get the bonus of kickbacks when people buy stuff from Amazon after clicking their link), and we see benefits as well when they have a better budget and more manpower for localizing.
