Nice article about the Demons in SMT: Nocturne. I like that front picture they used since I see my favorite demon Samael in there. *Thinks about getting the artbook* Hmm Are there artbooks about the demons by chance?

Hmm, there's several artbooks.
Pandemonium vol 1 & 2(the third one was character artbook I believe) and Kazuma Kaneko's Works vol 1-3.
pandemonium covered Devil Summoner and Persona, while Kazuma Kaneko Works covering Shin Megami Tensei's demons.

There are many, many artbooks that showcase the demons in different ways and include different information about them and their relationships with the games... the main compendiums are indeed the 2 Pandaemonium collections and the 3 Works volumes, but there are also gems such as the Shin Megami Tensei 2 Devil Encyclopedia (as far as I've seen there is no equivalent volume for SMT 1 but there might be somewhere), the Persona World Guidance and Devil Summoner World Guidance books (the DSWG in particular has beautiful demon art), and of course the mighty coup de gras [Akuma Jiten] Demon Bible. The demon bible is the 600 page show stopper of demonic compendium artbooks so get your hands on one if you can; the eBay store Japanese Anime Goods AZARASHI still sells it- act fast if you want it! In addition to these, there is a great deal of art featuring both characters and (mostly) demons within the various guidebooks for the games. I ordered the Soul Hackers no Subete Revision book solely for the art despite the fact that it technically seems to be a guide rather than an artbook per se. Finally, just for the heck of it you could include the SMT Poster Book Collection if you wanted. Check out http://www.dokuganryu.com/scans.html for some images scanned from these books. If you want the big list of these items for sale on eBay just search "Kazuma Kaneko." For the PWG and DSWG however you'll have to search specifically "Persona World Guidance" and "Devil Summoner World Guidance."
