Please share any fun stories or photos of your pets here, I'd love to read/see them.
I've been furry-friendless for awhile, but I plan on getting a guinea pig after I go on vaction. My mother hates most living things so, while I've never had a cat or a dog, I've had some memorable rodent companions.
My favorite and most recent pet was a Black Bear hamster I named Bianca (who turned out to be male. I didn't know their junk was retractable). He lived for three years and only bit twice during his entire lifetime. He was a mellow little guy who actually really enjoyed to be held (he'd rattle the bars on his cage when he wanted out), frequently falling asleep whenever I had him out (his favorite napping place was in my pajama pocket). He'd also do this cute little spinning and backing up move whenever he'd have to go to the bathroom, signaling me to run and put him back in his cage.
I really miss him and wish I would've had my camera back then since I know I would've taken probably hundreds of photos of him.

I don't own any pets, but my mom does.
She owns two cats, which are a huge pain in the ass whenever I come over to visit. Their hobbies include: running around, screwing with you in your sleep and knocking grape juice in my sister's hair.
At some times, when I sleep over at my Mother's, i'll pull a futon out and sleep on the floor. The cats will usually creep up to me while i'm sleeping, poke me in the face several times, if i'm in a deep enough sleep where i'm aware of it, but not coherent enough to stop it, they will confirm i'm dead and attempt to eat me. I only then wake up when they start biting me.
My sister has a couple of photos of one of them:

Sun Conurs are a bitch to catch if they take off flying. My old manager invited me to his house and his wife accidentally let their birds out. Running after that thing from tree to tree was irritating, especially since they lived right next to one of the busiest streets in town.
Anyhoo, my girlfriend and I have 3 cats.
Rocky, who you can knock down and he'll just lay where you push him:

Manny, who my girlfriend saved from freezing to death when he was younger:

And Grady, who we pretend is Satan incarnate. He has the worst teeth of any cat I've ever seen.

Currently I have 10 dogs. All inside dogs. I have pics somewheres around here but none handy.
One of my dogs who died a couple years ago would always crawl in my suitcase while I'd pack for any trips I made. One year I slipped up and while I was getting other stuff packed, he crawled in and fell asleep. I'll post that pic either wednesday or thursday as my cat at the time was sleeping on him.

I have a monstrous beast that has the perverse hobby of pretending to be harmless and cute. Believe me, I'm shivering in fear as I watch her on the bed. She lies there, observing my every move. If you are reading this message, PLEASE HELP ME*

EDIT: Plase ignore the blanket. Please do.

Right now, four house cats - but we also have tons of cats coming and going from our garage. In fact, one just got hit a few minutes ago. :frown:
We also had a dog, who passed at an impressive 21+ years old just last fall. :D
