Atlus has yet to release Class of Heroes, but that hasn't stopped developer Zerodiv from cranking a follow-up called Ken to Mahou To Gakuen Mono 2. So far this seems to be a by the numbers sequel with more dungeon-crawling, classes and everything in between. Mahou To Gakuen Mono 2 is set for a June release.

Hopefully if Class of Heroes sells well here, we can get the second one too.

I counted 15 jobs/classes and I'm all for jobs that are more of the off-the-beaten-track variety than the usual DnD fare; that's actually my biggest gripe from what I can find about the game so far.

Here is some more info: the number of classes has been increased from 15 to 19. These new jobs include the puppet master and the ranger... hmmm, puppet master:)
Also, 4 races have so far been revealed: human, elf, dwarf and fairy. There will also be outdoor mazes which are affected by weather changes. All in all, I do believe the sequel sounds sweeter than the original.

If Puppet Master means allowing me to take control of enemies that are over half dead, then I'm all for it, so as long as the chance of success to control them are high enough. Or considering the penalties for death in the game, allowing them to temporarily take control of dead characters until they're revived. :D
Yeah, the end of this week can't come soon enough.

If this is like EO2 was to EO, then it's going to be awesome (assuming CoH doesn't disappoint). There's no need to muck with an already good formula just for the sake of doing something different.

Agreed there, but there is also being too derivative and playing it too safe, which is really unfortunate especially for really long games like EO and CoH (at least I'm expecting it to be). Short games sure, I don't mind more of the same since they'll end in a timely matter, but for long grinds like dungeon crawlers, there's only so much someone can take, especially when post game material can last as long as regular game material. */me looks at Pokemon Dungeon games*

Or if you can't get that one, get the PSN equivalent (http://www.vgmuseum.com/scans/psx/02/sesnum.jpg)!:)
