I'm pretty sure that so long as they don't use or reference anything from the games, then it's ok. Persona was a word before it was a game, after all. (http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/persona)

I was thinking the same thing. I've seen much better ones from the beginning commercial design majors at my school. bleh.

also, being a walking advertisement is lame, IMHO
