Monad Block? (spoilers?)

I beat The Journey about...3-5 days ago or so, and I decided to start a newgame plus to see what stuff I would get, and if there was any contrast to what is said in Gamefaqs.com and such.

My inventory didn't get carried over :( but anyway...

I read that you had to finish Elizabeth's 53rd request and climb to the top of Tartarus, to access the monad block in a newgame plus.

I was able to access the Monad block, the third time I went to Tartarus in the newgame plus, but I did not complete the 53rd request, I took it, but I did not kill the reaper, let alone get the Bloody Button.

Was this intentional, or is it a glitch or something?

EDIT: I heard from a few other people that the same thing as detailed in gamefaqs happened to them, but they were also on the gamefaq's boards...I think...

in your first playthrough you have to go to the top of tartarus before the 31st and then fuuka will say you cant go any higher so you go back down go accept quest 53 and go to the second floor of tartarus waut for the reaper and after you beat him youll get a bloody button go give it to elizabeth (or show whatever) and then the monad will be right behind koro chan and ai-chan

So if people told you its not possible in 1st playthrough its total :bs:

and on your second play through it will be there right away at the very beggining of the game and if its not then i dont know because thats how it was for me

Anyway If you reach the top of monad block there's a chest that contains 1,000,000 FYI only
