Any Burnout fans here? Who's had a chance to check out the demo? I was a big fan of Burnout 3, but was pretty disappointed with Revenge, and didn't even bother playing any of the games after that. However this new game shows promise, even though I don't really care for the whole seemlessness and continious world thing, I'm sure it will be better when I get the full game, and at least you aren't rewarded for smacking into the back of cars now.

Well it's been out for a couple of days now, has anyone picked it up yet? I regret not preordering it from CC a few weeks ago and getting the $10 gift card, so I will be waiting for it to go on sale for at least $50 before I buy it. Reviews have been looking good for both platforms. Even though the PS3 was the lead SKU, the 360 version still is a bit higher in the ratings...

Finally got this game, and I have to admit that so far I'm not really diggin' it. It's the whole one seemless world thing that turns me off, always having to look at a map while racing and having to worry about peopel wrecking you just isn't fun. I'm sure I just need to get used to it, but its really making me not want to play it...

I actually like the seemless world, as I'm sure over time you'll come to recognize parts of town and whatnot. I played the demo and really enjoyed it, but I don't see this being worth $60.
