Gamestop failed with those new policies. I order everything on Amazon, and I have ordered this from them. :)
Agreed, thought because of all the sexy bonus's. I did get FEAR2 with gamestop.
Heh, I stopped buying anything from gamestop some 3 years back when they switched to UPS. Their service and prices have always been terrible. Amazon usually gives 10% less on preorders.
I do all my shopping on Amazon.ca nowadays.

I usually on buy on amazon as well. Instead of preordering a game I want right away I add it on my wish list and wait for it be a quick pick. Earlier today Legacy of Ys was one so I decided to preorder it for $30.39. Not bad.

Free shipping and NO sales tax, can't really go wrong with that.

Amazon is always cheaper except for when I want old(er) games. Currently trying to get Innocent Life and Harvest Moon: Boy and Girl and Amazon has them both new but for double GS price. >>;

What's quick picks? :p
What's quick picks? :p
Quick picks is when amazon puts up items you might be interested in and discounts them for a day. It's usually 5-15%

Oooh. Thank you! :D
The big question here is, even without such sweet discounts, why would you NOT want to support Amazon over Gamestop's empire of upscale pawn shops? I know Amazon's never tried to sell me an opened game and claim that it's still new. :p
Plus, Super Saver shipping means that although I get the games a few days later, there's no added expense of having them delivered to my door! I can have my games, AND continue my antisocial, shut-in existance undisturbed!
Wait a minute, reading over that again it doesn't quite sound like a good thing... :confused:

I pre-orderd mine from gamecrazy. I work right next door to the place though so I can always go grab before work, on lunch, or if I'm realy lucky when I get off. I'm not crazy over pre-ordering online yet. Maybe eventualy.
Untill amazon pulls something mean over on me, I'll keep using them. I go to gamestop if i'm looking for something random to play.

No waste of precious resources such as gas to drive over there as well = more monies saved. Win-win in my book. Regardless of my past bad experiences with Amazon, they fix practically any issue you have so their customer service is top-notch. I promptly return my damaged items (usually the same day I get them), they pay for overnight shipping to send me a replacement, and I receive it the following day. Not only this, but they also pay for return shipping on the damaged items and there is very little to no hassle if this happens but it's only happened to me twice in the last few years.
