Persona 1 remake on the psp April 29
Growlanser Port on the psp May 14

Ok Atlus USA, you know what to do for your faithful loyal fans.

Release both of these games onto the US pronto! (hopefully by the end of this year)

Hopefully Disgaea 2 psp, Mana Khemia psp, and Phantasy Star Portable will keep me occupied till you guys release those 2 games. Yes and I mean 2. Growlanser better come here or I'm going to freak'n make a useless online petition you guys won't pay attention to.

Maybe I should play dissidia US version (played the heck out of the jp version i got for christmas) to pass the time. Come on Atlus, give me some psp love and no, Class Hero whatever doesn't freak'n count (no better representation of shovelware than that game)

You know in my opinion, NiS and Atlus are really the only reasons why I still got my PSP, I'm glad to see they support it, although it'd be nice if there was more of it.

Well I have a psp mostly for portable psx goodness.

PSP in the US sucks ass, psp in japan is freak'n hotter than the sun.

However I have to say the psp in japan is mostly a magnet for ports, remakes, and visual novels, which to be honest is just fine with me.

Now where are my goddamn visual novels and SRW ports.

What I find kind of interesting is that not many people share my enthusiasm for portable gaming. Sure I had a major console growing up, but the gameboy (which I got since I was 5, i'm 24 now) was machine I played constantly. I don't have problem playing a portable game at home on my couch. Hence the reason why I've owned a GB, GB pocket, GB color, GBA, GBA SP, GBA micro, DS phat, DS lite, DSi, PSP phat, PSP SLIM, PSP BRITE.

Currently I just have my DS lite black, DSi Black, and PSP Brite Silver (gave away the others to little cousins, and friends over time). At the moment it seems jp devs don't know where to release their rpgs, you got Square wasting there money on the 360 (yes I own a 360 so this isn't bash on the console, just doesn't sell in japan) and others using the DS and psp to dump their games on.

Personally as a ps3 fanboy I want the Sony to gain back their rpg crown, but with only Valkyria chronicles and White Knight Chronicles to show for it, things don't look so good. Sure 360 has more rpgs, but more doesn't mean quality, I can only count Tales Vesperia as a quality rpg, maybe Star Ocean 4 will make up for the crapfest that was Star Ocean 3, but who knows, Square has struck out twice last year with the abominations of Infinite Undiscovery and Last Remnant.

If portables are the way to go in this current age, so be it, I just want us Westerners to get them too.

True, and people wonder why the PSP sells so well in Japan.

I'm going to close this since there's already threads for both games in the Suggestion Box (and another P1 PSP thread in the SMT Series board).
