Question...from the video and what I can read on the official site this looks like it's more of an action-RPG rather than the normal (if you can even call them that) Atlus Shin Ten games.

I have Nocturn, P3, P3Fes and P4 but I was wondering if anyone has a ballpark comparison to conpart DS??? Doesn't have to be perfect but what can I expect?

What I've checked up only makes me depressed, I feel so neglected as an European who easily gets left out of the fun. I seriously want this game, the first one stole my heart right away and I have no doubt that this game will do the same.

Anyway - I'm mixed towards re-releasing Nocturne. Playing through again to get Raidou sounds cool, but then again, it could lower the value of my three copies of the original. :p

Yeah, I know that. I just meant that while so many people are complaining about that the Raidou edition of Nocturne isn't being localized, at least my extra copies of the original will stay valuable. :D

Personally I don't really care what the market value of Nocturne is, since the important thing is having the game to play and enjoy, right?

I don't think extra prints really hurt the value of originals in the first place. Since Atlus pretty much only does "spoils" for the first print run, which makes it unique.

The people who are gonna spend the money you want for your "collectible" are gonna look for the original print in the first place, so I don't think the concern is really needed. However, if we speaking in terms of a game that is identical to the first run (no spoils) then I'd understand it.

Nocturne I believe had the original run here with a soundtrack, which is how you can identify it as an original print. Another example is the Persona 2 that was released here, I don't know off the bat if it had any spoils but I do know the original run had a holographic sticker, which the reprint didn't. Thinking about other games Atlus did, they all pretty much have something there too.

What really catches my attention is this from the e-mail.

It sounds like this will be the very last PS2 title Atlus will be releasing. Atlus is finally going next-gen on their flagship series?!

P.S. - Now I almost feel like I'll never get to play this game because I won't want to open the packaging!! O.O I might have to pre-order a second copy. <.<
