Velvet Room Doubt

Hey guys, have you noticed that in Velvet Room aside of Elizabeth there's some kind of human spirit, green? What is it? Postdata: How do I go higher from Terminal in Tartarus, because today I've reached 70 floor, and I wouldn't like to walk all again from 5 Floor :S

...you can activate the little green teleporters on every boss floor to warp right there.

And I've never noticed anything else in the Velvet room. There's Igor, Elizabether, a door off to the far back right, and the table/chair that you sit at.

Then look again, you'll see at the left side of Elizabeth, facing a door at the right side of the TV, something green, looks like a spirit, who's standing.

No, there isn't. There's a little golden stand of some kind behind Elizabeth to the right, but no human-shaped green ghost.

There is a slight green fog effect around the edges of the screen though.
