anyone has/knows about the lyrics in the battle themes? sometimes i can hear some english lyrics in them, but i've always wanted to know wha they said Exactly... the one i know is "Fierce Battle" ... it think it goes as follows

Unless a significant portion of the time I've spent with my PS2 was just a hallucination, I'm pretty sure Nocturne's battle themes are instrumentals.

edit; ooooh okay, having listened to that song specifically: I see where you're getting it now. Although I'm kind of impressed you managed to get anything wordlike out of it, because my brain's just kind of stuck on "RANDOM DISTORTED NOISE WHEEEEE."

LOL yeah, sometimes when i hear Noctrune battle themes again i can make out some other lines, but the fierce battle ones are the most... understandable :P anyway if anyone else know anything let us know ^_^ maybe in the offical artbook or whatnot the composr said something about it, dunno

I always wondered what Nocturne's were. Boss Battle theme and the Town Battles always kinda...well creeped me out. Mostly because the voices sound so....Demonic.
When
I know Boss battle has a line like this or something.

Hmmm, they make sense given it is Nocturne, but the SMT franchise Lyrics I've heard remind me of that "Xenogears music" thing from a while back...
(In a boss battle you could supposedly hear "Xenosaga on PS2" being said sometimes)

Though from my experience with Nocturne, and P3:FES the music is rather Surreal kinda...

The Xenogears one is probably "Knight of Fire" although I really don't see it as being lyrics...just some PA speaker type thing lol.

Am I the only person who doesn't care what the vocals are saying? The point is for them to be inaudible and barking - if you understand the lyrics, then the songs lose the sense of mystery and occultism that makes them so amazing in the first place.

However, music is SERIOUS BUSINESS to me, so take that with a grain of salt.

I've become very interested in this as well, recently. Nocturne was one of those games that I never finished, and I'm frantically trying to finish it before RKvsKA drops. This song has been stuck in my mind since I heard there were lyrics, and I cannot for the life of me understand what is being said. Too bad the lyrics aren't included in the strategy guide :(
