Winning Strategies? (Spoilers)

What was your (or your fellow player's) winning strategy?

Mine was to gather as many castles as possible (twice with the Darkling's ability), and to defeat Overlord Rico (I switched back to Cleric and had the Dokapon Crown, which was a BIG help) . I think I only had one or two towns at the end, but it didn't matter. >:3

If you know that someone is going mostly for strength and avoiding magic, I would suggest using almost entirely magic for your character. Towards the end of the game one of my friends just kept his other stats high while ignoring his magic, and while he could kill me in any one-on-one encounter my field magic prevented him from even reaching me. Killing someone without actually having to fight them is a pretty decent way to go. Just make sure they don't have anything that can reflect magic on them when you use your powerful magic.

Thats what I plan to do be a mage with a heck of alot of magic and once I unlock Cleric gonna be those.
