So far my favorite scene is the beauty pageant. Especially the part when Teddie shows up and a male student goes "I'd hit that!"
I couldn't help but burst out laughing.:tongue:
Teddie is big pimpin for sure.

That's one. There are a lot of funny/goofy scenes in the game overall so far, though. Quite enjoyable.

oh man had to be when they first saw the mains hand go into the tv and he is saying it all room and the whole beauty pageant and when they are at the inn and they hear voices and they end up going to the teachers room instead oh and the hot spring oh man but when the guy said "i'd hit that" to teddie i almost died laughing
When Kanji put on the fake glasses, i couldn't help but burst out laughing.
I dunno if it's my favorite or not, but i spit out my coffee and it went up my nose when Yosuke said "Fail....an epic fail..." I was like "...did Yosuke just...irl troll me?"
That "fo sho" caught me off guard as well.

The scene at the club during the school trip, hands down.
My favorites were:
1) The entire confrontation with Naoto's shadow.
2) When the party pulls Adachi out of the TV to be arrested, and the police mention that there's an ambulance waiting and they're being careful taking him in as "a special favor to Detective Dojima," and Adachi winces and goes "...." I wanted them to keep bickering like a married couple foreverrrrrr. ;_;

The school camp out scene with Yosuke and Kanji made me laugh a lot and seeing Mitsuo's face just scared the #### out of me lol. He's creepy as hell :\

I was actually scared at this part, because I remember thinking. "Crap, please tell me they did not make the characters talk like they are all from the ghetto for the whole game." Thankfully it was only that one time. Seriously if they had words like "Fo' Sho", "honies" or whatever often, that would of really killed the game for me.

I think some great scenes have been listed. But my favorite is probably the Escapade scene, for a few reasons: Yukiko, Teddy, and Rise getting "drunk off the atmosphere," the choices that can be made during the game. And just the big references to Persona 3: Visiting Port Island, The hotel, Gekkoukan High, and the lecture from Edogawa, and meeting the no-longer-shy Chihiro (Justice link from 3).

i very much like the part at the camp out scene especially when kanji just turn up at MC and yosuke's tent where yosuke suddenly got sensitive about kanji staying with them for the night.i think i even encourage kanji to go get the girls.

There were alot of scenes I liked in this one. I felt bad when Chie was crying when me and Yosuke came out of the TV, I was like "Awww." The club scene was hilarious and Naoto's facial expressions during that time were funny. The pageant, with the guy's I laughed so hard when Kanji came out and when the announcer asked the MC if it was my idea or whatever, I said "Damn Straight." The hospital scene after Naoto suggested the party get check ups, and they were talking about each others results and such, then Rise was talking about her bust size I think then she looked at Naoto's and she was like "What is this right?" now I wonder what that was about. The culture event or whatever was pretty funny to, when no one came to the dating thing.

When Teddie takes on Rise's Shadow to save the group
And Yosuke's Lines before the final battle are pretty epic it was something like
"Come on We've faced bigger things than this! Let's defeat this thing and give our leader a proper send off!"
Definitely agree that the whole beauty pageant was funny as hell. The "I'd hit that!" line made me fall out off my couch...

Pretty sad to especially when her shadow said "When I grow up I'm gonna be a bard-boiled detective" I think it was just the tone in her voice that did it for me and the whole "Don't leave me alone" thing. I felt for Naoto and I hated how Yosuke kept calling Naoto pint sized and called her useless when you look at it this way, in the anime cut scenes Naoto is the second tallest girl in the group also if Naoto was useless then they would've never caught the killer. Maybe I'm thinking to much but still. Kanji's shadow well Kanji's whole sauna event was funny and Rise's thing was....very...colorful. Also when Nanako "died" I cried....

Yeah, I'm totally agree with you, I like all the scenes featuring Naoto, especially when we saw her shadow, I felt like I can sorta understand, people sometimes judge us from our gender and adults kept calling us as a child, I've experienced that myself, so I think I know how she felt. But the "Miss" Yasogami Beauty pageant is funny too, along with the scenes in the Port Island. Also I think the omelette cooking contest is funny too, too bad Naoto's not there yet. I burst out when Teddie said to Chie that : "This is awful" with that voice, also when Kanji said that Yukiko's cooking is "boneless".
Oh yeah, I'm also curious about the hospital scene, after speaking about those thing, Naoto just grabbed the result paper and said she'll shred it... I'm still confused about what did Rise saw in it..

If you guys haven't figured it out yet, Naoto is really similar to the main character of Shakespeare's Twelfth Night. So all of Naoto's scenes seemed like deja vu to me. Still liked them though.

And one more thing Ark, it's from a real life experience, baggy clothes are a lot more comfortable for a boyish girl...

My faves would probably be most scenes that Kaniji was in, and the school fair. Those gave me lot of laughs. I would have to give some credit to the whole Nanako arc of the game as well, experienced lots of emotions during that time of the game.

I don't know if that's my favorite scene but I do think it's the funniest. Every time I hear that guy say that I laugh. I mean he's not shy about it or anything.
My favorite scene is probably near the end, when the MC is arrested and Naoto is running in the rain talking on the phone to the others after realizing (or still just assuming in that case) that Nana-chan has been kidnapped. That just seemed movie-like to me.

More favorite scenes have to be the Miss Yasogami Pagent scenes. One of the biggest reasons is that afro MC. Seriously, that voice-actor is so enthusiastic, especially when he says the contestants' names!

But then again, when she joined the party, remember what her accesory is? It's the Spiral Earrings! I even remember the description! "A simple but stylish silver earrings"!
Usually the accesory of your friends are indeed being wear by them, like how the headband for Yukiko, the badges for Chie and so on!

Favorite Scene was the last one (the one after the credits). Teddie's whole speech at the end was amazing. A great moral, and a great ending to what is now and hopefully for a long time, my favorite game.

Well, I'd have to say when you Naoto confesses her love and stays over at your house on Christmas (if you choose for her to, of course)
Also, the scene that is in my head of Naoto actually not kidding at the end and actually getting on the train with the MC.

As for me , my favorite scene would be MC's max. social-link events. I love to see how people have great bonds to MC. show their emotion, supports, gratitude, and love. I feel so warm.
In the fight against the final boss, Thousand Curses event touches my heart. The party member is gone one by one, and finally engulfs MC as well.
As MC's consciousness fades,all max. social-links support MC one by one to awaken Izanagi-no-Okami.
I love that event. In the hour of need, it is his friends,family,and lover that are always there to support him.
I am always impressed by Chie's words.

You are truly a Naoto fans. From the final "Pursuing true self" event, I feel that Chie and Naoto are similiar in true self. They are seemingly strong, but in the depth of heart, they are so much lonely.
I am quite impressed with chie saying "But you understand me...That's way...I can become as strong as I need to be." It's wonderful to find someone understand you no matter how much weakness you may have.

Yeah, I am a Chie fan. I always remember her "Trial of The Dragon" event. It's first part that impressed me. It's so interesting and vivid. She is seemingly strong, independent, and full of sense of justice like a man. Though she is not feminine enough, she is very charming. Even the basketball team friend, Kou, has a crush on Chie and feels jealous of our protagonist just sitting next to her.
But inside her, she was so fragile, and lonely. In the last scene, she said "Don't leave me.......I am so scared." It is pretty like Naoto saying "Leaving me in the darkness when you've shown me the light."
Our protagonist entered the core of Chie's heart with full understanding & support so that she can protect people she cares for with courages.

I would agree that Naoto and Chie are both very similar deep down...
However it seems like Naoto has been through a lot more and is more traumatized, and while Chie is truly fragile as well, she is more comfortable with who she is, and doesn't have as many people ridiculing her. Thus, I felt a much deeper connection with Naoto... She's such a perfect character, moreso than any other in games, movies, television, etc... in my opinion. Well, Howard Roark is pretty great too... And Kiritani Shuji... But Naoto still wins.
Umm, yeah, that's true... Each and everyone of them have their own problems though... But I felt that Naoto's being "pushed" and cornered from many sides... But yeah, each and everyone of them is unique, it's just that I liked her most!

I think I ever heard her laugh, it's in her commu, if I'm not mistaken... Even though, well, as you all suspected, her laughter (or chuckle, to be precise) is... as calm as always... By the way what did she said if you only got 4 of your courage? I've never failed to unlock her commu on time since I've been prepared to maxed my knowledge and courage from the beginning of the game for her commu... Naoto's image is very perfect. She always keeps her composure, and calmly analysizes the cases. In my first playthrough, her almighty and instant-skill spells were very awesome against the foes. But against the bosses, she was not as helpful as Chie, and Yukiko.
Most impressed me most about Naoto is that even the person acting so perfectly & strongly had hidden trauma within. She used to be solving many cases alone, but no one understood she was so lonely in the darkness. However she joined the party too late. I appreciate Chie even better.
She was an ordinary girl like many ones but there's something in her that made her charming. She was a handful, energetic, full of justice, easy-to-get-alone-with, and care-for-friend-so-devotedly. In other words, she is cute even though she is not feminine. When she said "Don't leave me alone.... I am scared...", I suddenly felt she was so lonely as Naoto.
Well, I felt that most of the characters have some kind of trauma, but most of them are scared of something... And wonder why, I didn't think that Naoto's perfect... She just has the ability to control her emotion better than anyone, well, except Souji I guess? even though the one who causes the most confusion is Kanji, I'm freaked out when he said: "Uhh... What if... I'm the type who'll never be interested in girls?" Those words... I can't forget that...*sweatdropped*

I think I ever heard her laugh, it's in her commu, if I'm not mistaken... Even though, well, as you all suspected, her laughter (or chuckle, to be precise) is... as calm as always... By the way what did she said if you only got 4 of your courage? I've never failed to unlock her commu on time since I've been prepared to maxed my knowledge and courage from the beginning of the game for her commu... (Sorry if anyone thought that I'm bragging here, I didn't mean anything like that, just plain curiousity...):)
Eh, i don't remember much , but i think the last sentence is :
" You don't have enough courage to ask her out "
It's really make me disappointed .. :(

Another scene that impresses me is Nanako's last hour. In that scene, with "Face myself" played on, I see everyone's deep concerns for Nanako, and I also learn Dojima's love for daughter when he said "She is my reason for living."
I love Nanako since "Everyday's great at your Junes"

Oh! I have quite a lot of them~! One is when the protoganist sticks his head in the tv for the first time! And then the way Yosuke and Chie panic!! LOL, it was so funny.
Second, when Kanji puts on those wierd glasses! I seriously felt just like Yukiko! I couldn't stop laughing for like a whole half an hour!! Seriously...why would anyone make spare glasses like that? Rofl.
Third, definitely when Teddie reveals his "inner self". The way everyone was staring at him, and the way he came out of his bear suit! Hahaha! He's really cute as a human to tell the truth....>> But that doesn't take away the stupidity. XD Also, Kanji's eating habits crack me up. XD
Oh, I almost forgot! Their school campout! Hahaha~! The way Yosuke and the Protoganist spit out the food and faint! LOL, it's too funneh~! Then when the girls push Kanji, Yosuke and the main character in the river...hahaha! It is kinda gross though...I felt sad for them inside too. Poor things...and worse...it was King Moron throwing up there...XD
Hmm...well, I guess that's it so far. I'm still playing it cause I only got it last week along with P3:FES. So far I've gotten to Summer Break...with my name in the top 10 for the final results~!! Hmmm...I wonder when I'll get Naoto. -sigh- Well, just tow or three levels left in the "Void Quest" Dungeon to find that wierd-looking boy. I know that definitely is the killer....it's pretty obvious.
Can I ask for a spoiler? Is it that guy who was suspected to have an affair with Mayumi Yamano? Um, his name was Namatame I think? I had my bets on him and Morooka...but well...I'm just guessing, because those two seemed like the type.

Don't worry, after the Void quest, it'll be Naoto's dungeon, the Secret Laboratory... Even though, yeah, it's too bad that she joined us late in the game...

The fact that she joins late in the game doesn't affect the fact that she's really good. She has a great balance between Physical, Magic, and Instant death spells. She makes a great replacement for Yosuke.

Against the boss, I must say Naoto is not as useful as Yosuke. Yosuke's physical and wind attacks are just great against bosses. In fighting the bosses, I won't bring Naoto. Yosuke is just good.

Really? Due to my Naoto obsession, I always take along Naoto wherever I go... Her level is usually the same as my prontagonist, well, until I got Musashi Shinai at least... For the boss battle, she can use her mind charged megidola/megidolaon... Yosuke's good too though...

I'm still in the early part of the game, haven't seen anything mind blowing yet, but I like the scene where shadow Yukiko was talking about her true feelings, and I kinda began to understand her more.

IMO, the only thing that Yosuke has over Naoto is Diarama. And even then, that's not very useful late in the game.
Naoto's Mind Charge + Megidola is pure sex, though. When I fought Kunino-Sagiri she had the best damage output over everyone. With Rakunda and Tarukaja, she was doing 400+ damage with Mind Charge + Megidola.

Well, I sorta curious whan I heard her voice for the first time... (I'm playing the US Version) Her voice is a lot more masculine in the Japanese version... In the US version, there's a little hint in her voice which indicates her as a girl...

The omelette tasting scene with the famous quote from Kanji "It's pretty impressive that you put so many ingredients into a dish and it came out tasting like nothing"
My favorite line out of that scene was his comment that her omelette tastes... "boneless." And then when Yukiko knocks herself out eating Chie's.
This game was just peppered with hilarious moments. It helps that the characters were so likable. I love Kanji's straight, deadpan answer during the beauty pageant about his "best feature."
The King's Game scene was probably my other favorite, but it's hard to say - there are so many great moments in the game that I just can't settle on one. I can't remember the last time I cried from laughing at a game.

Yukiko: Well... we go rescuing people who've been kidnapped by jumping into the tv! And then we do stuff like "Persona!" with our persona's and beat the crap out of shadows.
Great voice acting, funny line. I especially like the "we do stuff like 'persona!'"
Even the little exclamation marks over people's heads are funny in that scene.

4. The scene where the male cast sneaks to the female's room
The entire chain of events at the hospital after beating heaven.
Next would be choosing 'damn straight' in the beauty pageant and seeing everyone's reactions.
