Hi all
I've been playing Atlus games for a while (ever since "Riviera: The Promised Land" on GBA), but it was after I got Persona 3 FES that I started lurking here on the forums. I don't usually post on forums, but after spending a lot of time reading the forums here, I just decided, what the heck, and joined.
So, looking forward to posting!

Thanks.
Oh, I should probably add that I generally play PS2, NDS, and PC, with a little Wii mixed in here and there. I generally tend towards RPGs and FPSs (mainly because I'm horrible at strategy games...)

I'm into FPS too! What are the games you currently like? And welcome to the forums. ^^

Let's see...
Currently, my favorite FPS is Half-Life 2, though I also play CounterStrike, Portal, sometimes some open-source games like OpenArena and Sauerbraten.
If I ever get around to it, I intend to pick up Bioshock (played the demo, which was really sweet), Crysis (maybe; had nice graphics but didn't seem all that special otherwise). Only problem is, my gaming PC is currently out of commission :very_sad:
I think I've played a few other random FPSs... I remember playing Doom 2 a long time ago, and I played TimeSplitters 2 on PS2, oh, and Star Wars Battlefront 1 and 2. That's all I can think of for now.

That sounds about right for me as well. I've been spreading the PS2 love to all my friends, insisting that the system is *far* from dead...if they listen, great; if not, too bad for them. =S
RPGs? Love 'em. FPSes? Not really, but I consider Deus Ex one of the pinnacles of gaming. I recommend it heartily, with a cautionary note that it is not as much of a shoot-first FPS as is typical of the genre. However, give it a chance and you might find yourself enjoying it immensely (as I still do 8 years after first acquiring it).

1.6? Are you in a clan? We're looking for people ¬.¬

Unfortunately, the network I'm on has a pretty draconian proxy server, so I can't connect to any outside servers. But I do have 1.6, Condition Zero, and Source, when I can play them.

I've heard of Deus Ex (I even remember when it came out), though I haven't got around to playing it. It's definitely on my list. Though lately, I've been playing a lot more RPGs (especially since I discovered SMT), so it may be a while...

It was lots of fun, and I'd still be doing it, but I went off to college, and there's no dojo or club here. Oh well, hopefully I'll get another opportunity sometime.
But yeah, tons of fun. Definitely try it if you get a chance.
