Intermissions

Effective from last night I don't get the intermission thing in LA2. I don't get along with any of the characters and I only get normal break EVERYTIME. Am I the only one or not? And is there anyway to fix this.
Suggestions needed.

It's annoying when you don't get a Best Break, yeah. Um...I don't really think there's any way to "fix" your incorrect choice-making :P

Just choose what you think will be the correct thing to say to any of the characters...of course, I'm sure you already do that, right? Maybe next playthrough!

^Maybe next playthrough? I won't be able to remember every intermission since the game kind of long. Is this game really worth playing over?

Well, there are multiple endings. Also, if you're really wanting to get a Best break, go over to Gamefaqs. Someone has an intermission FAQ posted.

So, you can guess which response you should pick, and then consult the FAQ. If you're right, you're awesome! If not, you can pick the right answer, and feel awesome! :)

I (ab)used a GameFAQs guide for LA1, but I've been taking stabs at the intermissions m'self for LA2. It has been intriguing to find out that I'm always able to nail the Best Break for certain characters (e.g. Rasche) but have never even reached a Good Break for others (e.g. Rina). Guess that is one way of showing me which people I understand. =B

On a side note, Atlus' LA2 site's description of Dia helped me nail a Best Break with said Brilliant Witch (concerning Dia's love for sweets). So, uh, yay for official sites!

I really try not to use FAQs when I play, but I had terrible luck getting the intermissions correct. Only after getting to the end the first time did I read in depth how the friendship and intermissions worked. Honestly even if you do it perfectly the first time, you'll still have to play through the game several more times to attempt to unlock everything. So it depends if you feel like its worth it.

Two ways to go:

1. Save before you beat each story mode battle. Then do the intemission, if you mess up use the "continue" option in the main menu. That way if you mess up then you dont have to worry much for a second try.

2. Use a FAQ, Most perferrablly FAQs from our friendly neighborhood GameFAQs (http://www.gamefaqs.com/portable/ds/game/943145.html)
