Thanks for the link. Maybe they'll offer somethin extra for beta testers like they did for the original release? Wouldnt mind if they let players keep their klan and charcters.

Nope. The more I think about it, though. If we won't be able to transfer the characters, then I probably won't get too deep into it if I get in the beta (I should've tried to confirm this before I signed up). I don't wanna go through all the trouble of building up a character only to have to do it all over again.

You were selected for the MegaTen Closed Beta!

When you log in, be sure to use your exact Aeria username and password. Make sure you use the correct capitalization and everything.

Remember that during Closed Beta Testing, there will be bugs, crashes, and unexpected maintenance from time to time. It's important to report any problems in the forums so we can get that fixed right away. The forums are here: http://forums.aeriagames.com/index.php?f=447

Also, keep in mind that when we go from Closed Beta to Open Beta, we will have to wipe out all character data. Now is the time to experiment with the game and learn the ins and outs. We'll be giving away lots of free stuff in the game for you to try out!

I played this for a bit. It's awesome. Think Nocturne but real time. It seems to have a plot and a decent quest structure, too, and you are very customizable.

I'm having trouble recruiting demons. They just want to play... So these conversations usually end up with me blasting their faces with my shotgun.

If you're a member of their forums, I believe it's letting you play regardless.

I'm pleased so far, but I think Kuroe's dialogue is glitched(I can only see half of the second line of her text).

It would seem that anyone can play the beta at this time. Just dl it from here and make an account at Aeria games http://megaten.aeriagames.com/download

If you need a key after that PM me and I'll send you one, but I rather doubt that's the case.

I thought it was supposed to be a closed-beta? If Aeria sent you an e-mail saying you were selected, your account should be bound and given access to log into the game. I also heard Filefront was giving out keys? Anyway, I have an extra key from Atlus so if you really, really want to play - be the first to drop me a PM.
