The Red Rider one is pretty cool, though; and as much as I like Jack Frost, his is kinda lame =(

The Red Rider one is the only one that has a dark aura to it. It also might be the only cool one IMO.

I have to agree with you there; I've always had a soft spot for Lilith -- and she looks awesome in a black dress. Too bad these wallpapers are all 4:3 aspect ratio; they'd look crappy on my 16:9 laptop's display. :(

Regardless, I pre-bought and enjoy games in both worlds of SMT1 and Persona, if they are in fact different worlds, or not, or something entirely different.

Naoto doesn't have anything to do with the Kuzunohas. There was a line in the original version of P4 talking about how the long line of Shirogane detectives reminded Chie of the Kindaichi movies, which are similarly about a clan of detectives. Since Kindaichi isn't known in the US and since there's no well-known equivalent in the West to change it to, we altered that to be a SMT reference, since the Kuzunohas are a clan who seem to often act as detectives.

That's actually a bit of a relief. :D For awhile, I was afraid that Atlus was trying to screw with us, continuity-wise, by claiming that Devil Summoner was a "lol movie" while having the Kuzunoha Detective Agency show up in the Personaverse.

At first, I was a bit disappointed when Naoto wasn't descended from the Kuzunoha clan, but it really makes sense. After all, if Naoto was a Kuzunoha, she'd probably be a devil summoner and rather unsurprised at all the supernatural elements of the case (though, admittedly, it'd be very interesting to have Persona-users and a Devil Summoner in the same party)
