Voice actor for Penny?

Does anyone know who the voice actor is for Penny in Dokapon Kingdom? Her voice is extremely familiar, and after spending an hour online searching google, I haven't been able to find anything yet. If you don't know the VA, can you at least point out where you think you might have heard her voice before?

She sounded a little similar to Heather Hogan, the voice actress for Colette from Tales of Symphonia. She often goes uncredited so it's hard to draw any conclusions. I'm sorry to say I haven't been able to find official links. :[

Voice cast is something that always catches my attention and this game has wonderful voice acting for the most part, so I'd love to know as well!

There are credits hidden on the world map but to my despair it says nothing of the voice cast. :'( For those wondering where it is; when using the View option, put the cursor over the island with palm trees east of Llano, the southwestern continent. This will not exit your current game. Ah, well. I tried!
