Are there any? It's very difficult for me to find the Wii version, but the PS2 version abounds.

A couple of the reviews at major gaming sites say the Wii version is just a port of the PS2 with 480p support. No motion control. No gameplay difference.
See this quote from IGN (http://wii.ign.com/articles/920/920364p1.html):
Players can jump in with a Wii-mote (on its side), classic controller, or GameCube controller, and with no IR or motion at all in the game it feels like exactly what it is; a PS2 port, with very minimal changes. The game now includes 480p and 16:9 on Wii, a nice addition, and one that's completely necessary, but as far as online, more advanced controller uses, or the like, you'll need to look elsewhere.

In my opinion it would be extremely annoying to share controllers, which you would have to do on the PS2 for anything over two players unless you have a multi-tap. On Wii that's not a problem.

I can understand your feelings on that, but my experience so far is that it is not a hassle at all if you use wireless controllers or controllers with extension cables. I had four people on my sofa Sunday night having a blast with the game. The two to my left share controller 1 while my daughter and I shared controller 2.
If you have a Wii and can find the Wii version, I can't think of any reason NOT to get it. But if you don't have a Wii or cannot find the Wii version, I think the PS2 copy will make you very happy. :)
