Cameo's(Possible spoilers)

For those who have the japanese game, do you know if there are any cameo's staring the cast from the first Luminous Arc? I know Hugo and Cecile appear, but what abotua lpha and theo, heck Lucia!
I know it's an alternate world but I still want the to appear.

Otherwise it sounds like you're referring to things that the band who performed Word Up! (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Word_Up!) own.

There aren't a whole lot of cameos, as this is a different universe. (Literally!)

But there are more people that join the fun than the ones you mentioned.

Auh, that's right, Alice and Therese are back. Main characters this time. Hm..I'm hoping to see Leon, Alph and Iris, though I doubt Iris is in the game....

Cameos are Hugo and Cecille in her nun form, like the OP said, but they they seem to just be AU versions of themselves. They just run some hotsprings. Meanwhile, Alice, Therese, and Vanessa have all hopped dimensions to be in LA2.
