Hello, Atlus faithful and all you other hangers-on!

You may have noticed a new look around the forum. We have upgraded to VBulletin, which should improve our abilities to host a community for our fans and for people who happen to like our games. First, a few things to mention:

1) If you had tried to register for the old forum for the past three or four weeks and were unable to, please use the new registration system. If you already have a forum account, it should still be available and you can log in using your current username and password.

2) Things will be moved around, and we will be cleaning up some of the older topics and threads. If there's anything amazing that you just have to salvage, I advise you to do so now.

3) We are going to experiment with allowing some users to have mod control. We have already made our decision as to who, so don't ask.

More will become apparent, and I'm sure some things will change as you swarm over the new system and press every button like a pack of rhesus monkeys in a nuclear power plant.

But, until next time... Enjoy!

Because those pesky spambots have slipped through the automated registration a few times since the new boards came up, we're altering the privileges of brand-new posters. New registrants will now be unable to create threads until they reach a (small) post threshold. In theory, this should virtually eliminate board spam, since they tend to create their own spam threads rather than add responses to other threads, but if they start to change their behavior, we'll look into other ways of shutting them down.

A note to new users:

You will be unable to create new threads until you make 5 posts in other threads. This has been done to prevent the stupid amounts of spam that we've been seeing.

And a note to old users:

You can't make new threads either until you make 5 posts. If your title becomes "Atlus Faithful," you'll know you can make a thread.
