The english website and your favorite character

I like the website design its unique and different.I wanted to know will the website be finished before or after the sites release because there's only a little bit of stuff on there and wanted to see Naoto's,Rise's,and Kanji's profiles. My favorite character is the MC himself because he will be me basically and i LOVE me! Who's your favorite?

At first I like Yukiko best since she looked like she'd be the Mitsuru of this game and Mitsuru was my favorite in P3. But right now I'm warming up a lot to Chie. She's got the kinda moxie I really like a female character.

Overall, I prefer the girls over the guys this time around. In my opinion, the protagonist looks kind of like a cross between the P3 main character and Akihiko, but with less personality. I find Yosuke to be a bit too feminine, though I have only seen pictures of him. All the girls might hate me, but I find Kuma to be creepy, and I have hoped that he would be hit by a truck since I saw the first screen shots of him(and I prefer Kuma over Teddy). I think he is a poor replacement for Aigis. Kanji is the only guy I find to be kind of cool, though his punk personality might end up being too over the top.

As for the girls, well, I'm not crazy about Chie, because it seems to me as though she is trying too hard to be P4's Takeba, but she's not too annoying. Yukiko has been my favourite since I saw the first screenshots of her, because I think she kind of gives off a Mitsuru-ish aura, though she has her own personality. Rise seems ok too. Overall though, I still prefer P3's cast at this point. To be fair, I can't actually judge the characters until I play the game, so I might end up liking them.

Lol, I think Yukari was a bit of both. In my opinion, "girl in short skirt" has been an archetype since that scene with Yukari, Minato and Junpei on the second full moon. Where she decides to go up the ladder first and then says "don't look up". Sorry, but I think that skirt is more than just a clothing item, I believe it's part of her personality. I laugh when guys check her out and she stomps on their foot, even though she provokes them by wearing her skirt that way. Chie seems like the next act after Yukari's performance, and I'm not sure if she can live up to her predecessor. Anyhow, I wonder if it's true that there are only 8 main characters this time around.

Ill just lvl up 5 characters and give the rest a earn exp when not in battle skill.

I'm keeping in mind that this seems to be fairly early in the game, so maybe she just hasn't hit the right stride at that point. Not bad, but not quite there yet either.

And even if we only got one line from Teddie, he seems to sound just as annoying as his japanese counterpart...which was to be expected.

I was just listening to a few clips of Chie in the JP version on YouTube. After that and hearing the English version I'm feeling a bit better about the casting. Chie's normal voice isn't as chipper as I recalled. She really puts the energy in the when she's excited about something.

I think once I hear the English version of that I'll be able to judge fully.

My favorite is a serious toss up between Kanji and Naoto. I have seen a large amount of action sequences of the japanese version, and I really can't wait! I've been trying to make Persona 3 FES last as much as it can in these few months, but I'm already at The Answer...
Anyways, voices. Chie's voice really isn't bad, but it doesn't seem like the Chie I know in the japanese version... but then again, we haven't heard her fight, so who knows? As long as no one in there sounds like Fuuka (no offense, but she was emotionally deprived, even more than Aigis was supposed to be.)

You really shouldn't be looking to the japanese VA's as a base for how the english VA's should sound. They are two drastically different languages, and a certain tone of voice may sound good in Japanese, while it may not sound good in English.

Anyways, from what I've heard so far, I really like the english VA's.

I agree with you that Yukiko's voice is good but for me, Chie's voice still needs deliberation... hehe... And yeah, the way that Yukiko said "Inaba" sounds a little off.

What little I've seen of Yosuke makes him most likely to be my favorite character. Honestly, I like the designs of all the characters so how they turn out in-game is gonna be a bigger factor for me.
