Due to our ISP and forum host being unreliable when it comes to backing up the forum database, we've lost the majority of the threads and about half the users. We'll be taking a more hands-on approach towards backing up the forum in the future, so at most we'd lose a week's worth of forumation instead of the entire thing.
What does this mean for you? Well, for starters, you'll have to register again. Yes, it's a pain in the ass. Yes, you've lost your post count. Think of it as a temporary setback.
Were you banned before? We lost that too. If you still care enough to be reading this, then you may come back. We're operating under the assumption that idiots and fools will continue to be idiots and fools, and the behavior that caused them to get banned in the first place will eventually cause them to get banned again if they don't shape up.
