For the past couple of days, eveytime I'd come here, I'd be logged off, despite clicking the thing to stay logged in. And a few times, I'd even get logged off while I was reading topics and whatnot. AM I the only one having this problem?
I have this problem on occasion, not right now tho. Usually happens when I'm using IE, Working fine now on Firefox 3.
Are your cookies working right?

Started happening to me about three-four weeks ago. Now that I think about it, wasn't that around the time of the quote train wreak?

It's been happening to me on and off, but it's with all forums, not just this one... so I'm pretty sure it's my browser.

Don't even try blaming this on us. This a regular bug with phpbb. It happened with the last forum as well.

Yeah, his inapproriate behavior as a representative of Atlus messed the forum up.

It happened to me when the Arlus boards were on their first version. And this was long before we started doing quote trains.

It would be funny if it was caused by us though.

Sei mentioned IE. Yeah, that's what I'm using. And Mimi said it's happened on all forums for her. That's not happening to me, even on other phpbb boards

It happens to me from time to time, usually associated with this message when I try to make replies:
Invalid Session. Please resubmit the form.

I also have had some trouble with my account.
I also have had some trouble with my account.
Troubles?
With being logged out I assume?
I don't konw, just a thought. I think something to do with clearing your cookies/private data could possibly do this.

Could be a problem with your cookies, make sure that your internet browser doesnt empty them everytime you close the window. For fire Fox go to Tools>Options...
Under the privacy tab look under the private data tab. Make sure "Clear my private data every time i close firefox" is UNCHECKED. Also check to see if altus.com is on the ALLOWED list of the cookies.
For internet explorer:
Go to Tools> Internet options. Go to the privacy tab and set your cookie level to "default". Then check "sites" and put atlus.com in the allowed.
Then Empty your cookies and try again here.

Maybe there is an auto-logout script after x mins of no activity.

Sorry to post this here, but I can't start any new threads. When I try to click on "new thread" I get the following:
"Kamiyama01, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."
I have started threads before, so I don't know whats going on. As far as I know, I'm in good standing here... Have I been blocked from starting new topics for some reason?
I took this to Board Suggestions for requesting help, posted in a relatively old thread so I don't interrupt someone's conversation. Best I could do, I guess. Sorry again.

I am pretty sure you have to have 5 posts before posting new threads. Check out that link to read the entire post.

Ugh, sorry for necroing this, but I have the same problem. However, it gets annoiying when every time I'm logged off, I have to find new posts by myself. This happens when I log-in again, because I was logged out for some reason. Then when I'm logged-in, every forum thinks I marked everything as read. Which I haven't.
Anybody know what's causing that?

I was having this happen to me as well, then learned that my ISP was using something called a peplink, which causes my IP address to change without warning and cause havoc with the cookie.
