How long did it take you to beat one run through of Nocturne

Just got my copy in the mail, and may start embarking on this game (eventually). Just out of curiosity, how long did it take you guys to beat the game?

It's about 50h long if you don't rush things, do some side quests and do not try to fuse every demon possible.

I'm at 65 hrs and 37 min (taking time to do all side quests) the game forces you to level up almost every hour or you wont survive trust me (I have seen the game over screen countless times....from fighting random encounters) but if you take your time and master the system >_> your all good.

P.S. side quests take a toll on your time ex. the labyrinth of Amala

Theirs a demon dog that flies around . a white colored one I think its inugami level it up to 14-15 and it will evolve that demon will help you big on that fight. also the mantis looking demons in the sewr water could help you level up.
p.s. have a force immune magatama and demons.

80+ hours...yeah i wondered around trying to do sudequest for a bit...plz dont do that....its easier second time through...

P.S. if your not going to do side quest's at least do the bunto shrine. (I think that's how its called) complete that and you'll get a magatama called Maszukadoz......then it will be easy the second time.

to me it wasnt cause of no lvl restrictions to fuse high lvl demons such as metataron

Vanilla Nocturne's 2nd cycle was harder, because it defaulted to hard mode, however in Maniax you can choose the difficulty so...

well i finished the labyrinth of Amala right before i got to Diet Building.....took me awhile cuz i was low lvl....but i had shiva and vishhu cover my back for awhile...so later i was able to fuse metatron before Diet Building....plus i got seraph micheal first cuz i had a demon fusion accident...so requirments weren't really a problem....and yes u have to beat him first...took me three tries but i got him....same with beezlebub

yeah i didn't quit understand but my first playthrough i had to lvl up like crazy just to maych a certain enemy on normal....on my second playthrough my char only died 8 times....on hard mode!!!! WTF!!

wat lvl are u since u have a evolve a Divine Throne before u start thinking the word Seraph....it sux cuz 2nd Playthrough theres no lvl limit for fusing but u still have to be the same lvl or higher when a demon is ready to evolve.

I'm a level 83 now but its the whole drag of leveling that demon up since my party runs on a certain balance changing it could through it off. but then again I guess I have no choice since having 100% on the cathedral can get you a 50% discount on demons. (I need an easier way to level up) If you have suggestions on level up areas please share XD.

transport to Tower of Kagusutchi 3 and use riberama or attract pipe....i got usually 10,000+ exp. fighting the same demons over and over in a single battle.

i bought a game shark 2 days ago and im on my fourth playthrough....and im done...yea 28 hrs almost to be it....im at 350+ hours total....infinite money is FUN!!!

120 I did all the extra stuff (Amala, Graveyard, Complete Demon Compendium, etc.) and got the true demon ending though...

I think it was around 90 hours.
That was taking time, reading everything, doing all quests, and doing the special True Demon ending.

i recommend a daily dose of playin this game for at least 5 hours straight..if u still don't feel like passing just keep somewhere safe and hope that no one steals it or it gets destroyed

Well, the week before last, all week. Last week, around 50 with only 2 days off, this week, looks the same as last. I'd like to get past those 4 devils in the subways. Sure, you dont have to fight them but I dont like passing stuff up.

I did all the extras and cleared the demon path. What really packed on the hours was my need create as many demons as possible as well as level them up. But hey I enjoyed every minutes! :)

I think I was around 150 hours for true demon, I took my time though. Around level 105 at the end or something. I only really missed a couple of those demon doors on the fifth kalpa.

I pretty much did everything except for the graveyard challenge, complete the compendium, get through all of the special 5th kalpa doors and gather enough monies for Girimehkala.

It took me like 80 to 90 hours in my first playthrough, in hard mode and achieving the true demon ending.

In my opinion, Nocturne is much more longer than any other Persona title, just with the fact that you have to level up a lot when fighting the fiends of the Candelabra. And the labyrinth of amala is another good reason for the game to be long (if you want to finish it, of course). But I guess it all depends on the ability of the gamer and the spare time you have for the games ;)

110 hours for the neutral/freedom/human ending, lol... I also only fought 4 fiends just for fun, and pretty much left the Amala labyrinth alone. It took several months, but it was well worth it!!

110 hours, Neutral ending. No guides. Wrote out my own chart of monster stats as I played.

Found all magatama but one. Only did the first kalpha of Amala. Spent 16 hours on Puzzle Boy. Most of those 16 hours were me leaving the system on while sleeping or eating because I didn't want to start over.

Loved every minute of this game, BTW.
