You're going to have to wake him up using the stylus from your Nintendo DS. Go ahead, just give him a good jab. The Professor will fill you in on the best ways to manipulate Terry--do what he says, and it should be as easy as playing a video game.
The Professor's advice is invaluable! Or, possibly... humorous (or not).
The Professor will explain how to battle, use techniques, master decals, change outfits, and much more! If you listen carefully, you're guaranteed to enjoy your adventure.
Enemies can target Terry too, y'know.
Will you have Terry run or stay and fight? Make the right decision.
Pressing the B Button a second time will disengage battle mode!
By shifting to Normal Mode in the middle of a battle, you can move quickly to escape or get Terry into a more strategic position. Of course, since he's not in Battle Mode, he'll be utterly defenseless.
...which means attacks will deal massive damage!
By pressing the Y Button, Terry can select a variety of Techs to use!
Defeating enemies allows Terry to use Techs in battle, and the more he uses them, the more new Techs he'll learn. You've heard of use it or lose it? Well, by using it, Terry will enhance it!
