WEB PROGRAMMER
Web programmers perform the following functions:
Work on projects including web-based applications, website enhancements, desktop applications, database-backed websites and automation of web administration processes.
Code web pages utilizing XHTML and CSS.
Work in several programming languages including, XML, SQL, PHP, VB, Perl, ASP, Python, Java, JavaScript, and C++, as well as combinations of languages such as AJAX.
Work in several development frameworks including .NET, Ruby on Rails, Smarty, and PEAR.
Responsible for working on multiple projects simultaneously as directed by management.
Reviews, analyzes and modifies programming-related systems including documenting, designing, developing, testing, monitoring, and maintaining programs as specified by management.
Work with Apache and Microsoft IIS web servers. Interact with servers using FTP, Telnet, and SSH protocols.
Participate in review and company meetings concerning projects and programs.
Document work-time and processes as specified by management.
Responsible for meeting set goals and deadlines as determined by management.
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor degree in a computer-related field (computer science/programming).
Advanced knowledge of standards-based XHTML and CSS coding (not WYSIWIG)
Advanced knowledge of programming languages including PHP, Perl, ASP, SQL, VB, C++, and XML.
Extensive experience developing databases.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with web-based software applications.
Bilingual (Korean / English) preferred
Above average written and verbal communication skills.
Web development related certifications highly desirable

Game Tester/ Quality Assurance
Atlus U.S.A., Inc. is looking for Game Testers to work on an upcoming console title. Testers will be responsible for playing through the game and reporting bugs accurately and clearly. Since the majority of the bugs will be text-related, individuals with a strong command of the English language are preferred. The ideal candidate will also be detail-oriented and a team player with good communication skills.
Requirements
LOCAL APPLICANTS ONLY (We are located in the Irvine, CA. Applicants outside of the Orange County area will not be considered.)
Previous software testing experience preferred, console gaming experience required.
18 years or older only.
Strong reading, writing, and spelling skills.
Computer literate.
Passion for games, positive attitude, attention to detail.
Hours are 9:00-5:30 M-F plus paid overtime.
This is a temporary position lasting the duration of the project (approximately 4-8 weeks).

Assistant Editor
Atlus USA, Inc. is looking for an assistant editor to work on an upcoming video game title. This individual will be responsible for rewording and proofreading Japanese-to-English translations of game dialogue, manuals, character descriptions, etc. Working closely with other team members will be required.
